What does Pro add over the free CLI?
Free gives you 2 captures/day and 3 active rules on one machine. Pro removes individual caps and adds personal recall, dashboard proof, managed adapters, and DPO export. Team and Enterprise work starts through a signed service scope; hosted team sync and a hosted org dashboard are not generally available.
Why not just use an enterprise AI control plane?
Enterprise control planes govern agents from a server-side gateway, sold to platform teams on a Fortune-500 timeline. ThumbGate runs local-first, in the PreToolUse hook on your machine, and ships enforcement for the coding agents developers actually use today — Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Gemini, Amp, Cline, OpenCode — with an npm install and minutes to value, not a procurement cycle.
Does ThumbGate send my code to the cloud?
The CLI is local-first and does not send source code to ThumbGate. Pro remains an individual local-runtime offer. Any future shared or hosted deployment requires a separate signed data-processing and implementation scope; hosted team sync and a hosted org dashboard are not generally available.
When should I pick Enterprise over Pro?
Choose Pro for one individual operator. Ask about the fixed Enterprise pilot when two or three consequential local workflows need explicit approval boundaries, rollback paths, and proof ownership. The pilot does not promise unavailable hosted team features.
Can I cancel anytime?
Pro subscriptions can be cancelled from the billing portal and include the stated first-charge refund window. Proposal-only service offers use the cancellation and payment terms in their signed scope; they are not self-serve subscriptions.
What happens if I stop paying?
After a Pro subscription ends, you keep the free local CLI and its current caps; existing local rules and captures stay on your machine. Proposal-only service work ends according to its signed scope. Hosted team sync and a hosted org dashboard are not generally available.
